Home at last.
We offer rental homes serving Naval Base Kitsap, Naval Station Everett and Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. Choose from a variety of neighborhoods at each location with a large and varied selection of homes that promote up-to-date, flexible living spaces, allowing you to tailor the home's functionality to your needs. Nothing beats visiting a new home in person, so we encourage you to contact us to arrange a tour.
Our housing is located near an affiliated base, but not all bases are near to each other. To help clarify the location of each base in relation to the others, please read the descriptions bellow:
Naval Base Kitsap (NBK)/Bangor to NAS Whidbey Island: approximately 61 miles total. The most direct route requires driving about 40 miles to Port Townsend and taking the ferry to Coupeville and then driving 13 miles from the ferry landing to the office at Victory Terrace. Total trip time is over two hours, depending on traffic and ferry schedule. However, if choosing to drive around (and avoid the ferry) the distance is about 165 miles and the time increases to over three hours, depending on traffic.
NBK/Bangor to Constitution Park (Naval Station Everett family housing): approximately 52 total miles. The trip requires driving about 18 miles to Kingston and taking the ferry to Edmonds and then driving 29 miles from the ferry landing to the office in Lake Stevens. However, if choosing to drive around (and avoid the ferry) the distance is about 114 miles and the time is pretty much the same: over two hours, depending on traffic.
